Avoid this place at all costs! The insulation is TERRIBLE! You can hear everything from the neighbors all around you. The cops were here at least twice a month just for the three buildings in the U. Way overpriced- much nicer apartments around. There were many car breakins and thefts and the security didn't do much about it. In fact I think I saw security maybe once while living here a year. There is trash all over the grass and the building is cleaned maybe once every two weeks.

First of all, if you think that this is the gheto, then you need a reality check. You obvisouly have not been to detroit, south philly, south side of chicago or the bad parts of new york and LA. Go ahead and spend $750 a momth for an aprtment. I'll be damn. If i am going to pay that much, it will be for MY OWN HOUSE. you guys want a 5 star apartment at a 3 star price. The only bad thing I dont like is the breakins, but I have had them in every apartment I have lived in; which includes bellevue and west omaha.
