Not too good, not too bad

This building has half-way decent apartment units, but it's managed horribly, even under the new landlord, Liberty Property Management. The halls are dirty, garbage piles up in the trash chutes and they've let all kinds of people come in the building -- bums, etc., from the bus station across the street. If you can tolerate that, there are some pretty nice floorplans for a moderate price. There's no place to park, unless you pay an extra $40/month or park on the street. The walls are paper thin and so are the windows. The all-electric units can get awfully expensive.
