Just some advice, don't live here! This place is not safe with all means. Poor management, hallways are bad and painted, they said they will remodel but its been 2 years and all they did is paint one floor, 2 year and finish painting one floor, yes, good job Union Plaza! water leaks from the 2nd floor to lobby. Drug dealers and pot are everywhere. Bad people live in the place. and rent isnt as cheap as it should, you could pay another 100 dollars and live in much better and nice places. For real. That is what I am going to do.
