The people who own and operate the Vanderbilt are nothing but money hungry scam artists who are getting weathly off the people who pay their salaries! the apartments are extremely poorly made, the insulation is horrible, the noise factor is high, the people in the leasing office are snobby, the people in the corporate offices are extremely rude, unhelpful, uncaring, and unprofessional. They act nice to you until you decide to move out then they try to get as much money as they can from you...you will not get your deposit back. Their only concern with you is your money. They don't care if you are happy as a paying customer to them. They don't care if they raise your rent or cable. They don't care if someone attacks you or your property (it's actually written in the lease that anything of security, such as secure access doors, are meant to salvage their property...not for the safety). All these people care about is your money, plain and simple...do not live here...please!
