Costly but good.

Years at this apartment: 1998-01-01 - 2001-01-01

Lived here since 1998-2001.

It used to be on pricier than similar sized apartments but the price was compensated by the good community and facilities.

But Recently they have stopped paying for Gas and Heat, and have not lowered their rents, thus making it much more expensive.
Also watch for wear and tear while living there, the management has a reputation of charging heavily.
Overall, recommended if you dont mind paying $100-$300 more for all the facilities they provide.
