These two apartments biltmore and vanderbilt look good, but they are money suckers.
I have 3 peoples who lived there before and when they moved out, the apartment charged $450, $850 for families and $20 for sigle woman.
I lived here more than 3 years and now I have same problem.
They have their only money sucking poliy that if you want to move out you have to report the first day of previous month only.
As my moving date is 10th, I went there on 5th(1 month and 5 days eariler) and they said you have to pay full price.
Looks like they are going to have bad reputations.
Lazy maintenance, cheating office (none of us received the referal fee that they promised) and increasing of vandalism.
It's not worthy living here with this price.
