I have lived her for 2 years now and have had no problems with anything. I have had a few minor repairs requested and they were completed promptly. I have never been bothered by another tenants noise or felt unsafe.
Reading the previous "----- and moan" reviews just reminds me how ignorant and stupid people are!
If you have had problems with the management being rude I would bet almost anything that YOU walked in there with an attitude and acted in a rude and unprofessional manner and demanded that they do something. People treat you how you treat them!!! GROW UP AND FIGURE IT OUT!! If you want someone to help you or do something for you, treat with respect and be understanding of their position.
Another thing....Don't act like you never made any noise or caused any damage. There is no way that anyone would make up $500 or $5000 in damages without a just cause. There are laws to protect the landlord and the tenants on these matters. If you feel something is unfair or unjust hire an attorney to help you or shut up realize you trashed the place because you are an idiot! Also....don't say you never made a sound when there have been complaints against you! That's BS!! More than likely everyone in your building wanted you out because you made their lives miserable! WAKE UP AND GROW UP!!
NEWSFLASH...the world is not out to get you!! You get what you deserve and you dig your own grave by making bad decisions!

In conclusion...If you've read this far you probably agree with everything i've said. The others probably didn't make it this far. If by chance I'm making you take a look at yourself...great! I belive that if a survey were done on Vanderbilt over 90% of the tenants would recommend living here. There is always going to be a small percent of people that are unhappy. But...guess what...they are unhappy everywhere...and always will be.

I read your stupid review till the end to see what other crap you pulled out of your ass that I can go up against you with! Maybe you were doing the apartment staff and thats why everything was so great for you. Did it ever occur to you that the tenants are NOT the ones with disrespect?? look at how many reviews are against Vanderbilt!! Let's just say that you didn't and won't win now will ya? NOPE!! By the way maybe youre so angry because your life sucks maybe you should seek some help or get laid once in a while, then you might be a little happier with the world :)
