I lived in this complex for 7 years, over those seven years I put up with harassment,

A FLOOD of epic proportions 2 winters ago, and of course the Vanderbilt avoided me for 10 months until I finally gave up on recovery of the 1000ýs of dollars worth of damage their folks did to my stereo and furniture.

To add insult to injury now, they have stolen my $250 deposit and are attempting to charge me $125 dollars for invalid claims that I damaged things in the apartment, and the paint job..

remember I lived there 7 years, so they should not by all rights be charging me for normal wear and tear.
