It looks like the rent fee is reasonable, but you have to think about after moving out. The average claim from them is I guess $1000, I received full deposit returns from previous apartment. But now Vanderbilt asked me $1200 for cleaning the house. Most of the damages came from the previous damage before my moving and I asked to fix several times, they never fixed and now ask money from me. I will fight against these bad guys.
