My roommate and I lived there for two years on the ground floor. Each fall and spring we would get big black spiders the size a quarter in our apartment. We would have to have them spray for bugs all the time.

The walls are paper thin and I could here my neighbors entire phone conversation due the paper thin walls. I also could hear other things suchs as my neighbor going to the bathroom, having sex and other things.

The parking sucked, people in the main office are out of there minds, security doors did not work, nothing was done to the neighbors who had parties all the time even after the police were called. They did a horrible job removing the snow, they even plowed my garage in one winter.
