For God's Sake STAY AWAY

When we first moved in it was nice, standard apartment living (best part about it was we had a great view out back) but here's why you want to stay away:

1.

You want your deposit back.

Everyone I've talked to that has moved out has NEVER gotten their deposit back.

In fact, they ended up owing money for "spots on the carpet..", etc.

Maintainance has come in a few times without letting anyone know.
