My wife and I have lived here at the Vanderbilt for about one and a half years. So far they have treated us wonderfully. Everytime we have needed anything fixed, they have taken care of it promptly. Little things like leaks, closet light, toilet seat, door locks, stuff like that. We haven't, however, moved out yet, and I hear alot of people say that they have trouble getting thier deposit back. Guess we'll find out. good luck
