I suggest strongly that you do not move here.

It is a big rip off.

The entire complex seems to be made of paper.

I've never seen such cheapness in all my life! The management bimbos are horrible! Completely unprofessional--but, hey, their hair looks nice! My advice for people from out of state moving to Omaha--move to across the river in Iowa.

The people are much nicer than in Nebraksa and it's much cheaper.

Nebraksa has serious issues.

I would recommend you avoid the state entirely, and the Vanderbilt (a.k.a "the poorly built") altogether!
