we live there about 5 years, and each year they asked you renew and raise the price, when I move out this spring, they asked me to pay the total replace carpet!!, IT'S BEEN 5 YEAR,AND WHEN WE MOVED IN IT'S OLD TOO.

Its not the company, its this new manager, she tears out the carpet in every apartment in hopes to rent it faster to the next person, and you get stuck with the bill. I dont think the slosburgs even know this is going on. The other manager before her, never did this
