The Vanderbilt as anyone that is reading these reviews will take you to the cleaners when you move out.

When we moved into the apartment the carpet was stained and the place reaked of cigarette smoke.

While living there we repainted the door because it was multiple colors, got the carpets cleaned, fixed other damages.

When we moved out we spent seven hours making the apartment spotless.

Our neighbors came over and even remarked it looked better than the day we moved in.

Now the Vanderbilt wants us to pay $1300 for damages to the carpet that were present the day we moved in.

Trying to get anyone to answer our questions has been impossible.

They do not return phone calls and when i left a message saying we were frustrated by this they called and yelled at my wife.

This company is impossible to deal with do not waste your time.
