First of all, I have lived in several apartments and this one has got to be by far THE WORST!! I have only lived here for a few months, but let me tell you it has been a few LONG months! The apartment staff in the office are a bunch of bimbos! They are all blonde, flaky ditzes. There is no consistency whatsoever with this place. One person will tell you one thing and another person will say something completely different. They might seem happy and cheerful when you move in, but they are rude as hell once your lease is signed. They said I owed them $300 for something that was their mistake. I paid the fee they said I owe but they didn't have record of that. They will be all over your ass if you owe them money but once it comes time to something you need such as maintence..well forget it it will be at least a month and SEVERAL phone calls before it gets taken care of. They are extremely unorganized and perhaps need more than one apartment manager managing the complex. SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY and move to some complex that isn't owned by Richdale Group. You will get screwed. Now all i am waiting for is them to screw me over my security deposit. 0 OUT OF 10 for sure!!!!!!

My roommate and I moved out of the Vanderbilt at the end of June and they screwed us big time. They said we damaged the carpets and padding and they have to replaced it at the cost of $483.00!! We NEVER damaged the carpet/padding. I wouldn't allow anybody, including his parents and friends, to wear shoes inside and walk on the carpet. So instead of getting some money back we ACTUALLY owe those people money. They really screwed us up. I will write my own reviews on the vanderbilt. Please read my review later.
