I have lived in these apartments for two years. I would not recommend them to anyone ever again. When I first moved in it was great, I recommended it to some of my friends. Big mistake! They treated my friends terrible. I had thought it was maybe just a fluke. Well I have found out in the last year and a half it wasn't. The management talks to you like your a little kid that knows nothing. The management is different it seems like monthly and inconsistent in what they say to a person.

Maintance is supposively 24/7 but that is a huge joke! Every time I have had an after hour problem it gets put off till the next working day. Don't bother to call maintance on a friday because they aren't there. Oh hopefully the appliances that they give you work and they don't break while you live there otherwise good luck getting maintance there after hours. Wouldn't a fridge be pretty important and an emergency if it quit working. Not to these people. I spend my money wisely and have to throw a ton of food out since there maintance decides what is an emergency and what isn't. If you have something expensive make sure you hide it from them if you leave it home during the day. Maintance tends to come into apartments without you knowing.

They love to post things by the mailbox about potential people that could hurt you. That makes you feel real safe. Oh and controlled access yeah the doors don't always shut or latch so how do you have that.

The upkeep on the apartments is non exsistant. good look on getting them to do anything. The wood base board is so scratched up from the previous renters but they still rented it out. My air vent in the bathroom must be rusted out because when I moved in there is rust marker going down the wall. Fireplace, sliding door, and windows have terrible drafts to the point my blinds move when the wind is just slightly blowing.

Keep your money go somewhere else and be treated better. I should have listened to people but I thought it would be different. I was wrong and I admit it now. It cost me more to live there then it should have.
