Vanderbilt Runs Scams!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2004-01-01

I lived in the Vanderbilt Apartments for 2 years and had horrible problems with them upon move out.

They claimed damage to the apartment and I had a lawyer dispute their claims.

The management there never responded to my lawyer and continued to try to collect the damages.

Then they sold the debt for damages to NCC Business Services (Collection Agency) without ever responding to my lawyers documents.

I even mailed them several letters disputing it under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and it still has not been removed from all three credit reporting agencies.

The debt still shows up under TransUnion (not for sure about equifax).

Unless you want one hell of a headache do not live here.

I will be reporting them to the better business bureau if this is not corrected.
