I have lived here for almost 3 years and can't leave soon enough. You ask yourself why I have waited so long, well I was hoping to be in a house by now. This place was a joke from the get go. They are really nice out the gate and office staff is nice, but when problems arise, watch out. They will refer you to corporate office, Slosburg Company, who will do nothing to help you and just chastise you for calling. Ok, here we go. They called me and said the place was ready to move in and I just need to come do a walk through. I did the walk through and made up a list over a page long of things that needed to be done before I could move into the apt that was suppose to be ready to go. Not minor things either, outlets loose about out of the walls, trim falling off the wall, door jams completely loose, majorly stained carpets, etc. So two weeks, almost three, they call me back. It was ready to go. Again ended up with a half page of things still needing to be replaced. Moved in anyway, should have ran. Anyway there have been several maintenance issues over the period of time that I have lived there, not to mention a huge bug problem. If you like spiders and all kinds of beetles, this is your place. Actually you can have mine. I spray the place down all the time with no relief. Last huge maintenance thing that really set me off was this and I do have pictures, because I am sure that I will end up in court to get my deposit back, like everyone else.... Came home from working a 24 hour shift on morning to find my washer & dryer, dishwasher, and stove in my living room. Furniture was shoved around with no care taken at all. And even better yet, my toilet sitting in the tub ON TOP OF my son's bath toys with brown yucky water over them. A month prior I placed a maintenance order to have a few corners in my bathroom linoleum glued back down. Well they decided to replace it and my kitchen with tile and not notify me at all. I was supposed to have my son that night and he was potty training at the time. Well kind of hard to go to the bathroom with a toilet in the tub and oh yeah the toilet drain was not plugged so there was nice sewer gases filling the apt when I got home. Called the office and their response was we could not get a hold of you. Does their phone not work, is it too hard to walk to my place and leave a note'''' Then the story changed to well they were notified that morning by the contractor that they were doing it. Who is in control'' The illegals that they hire to do maintenance that don't speak English so good luck explaining things to them also. So anyway I asked them what am I suppose to do when my son has to go to the bathroom. Their solution, instead of putting the toilet back down was, bring him up the restroom above the office and they'll give me the code. Since when does a 3 year old being potty trained give you a 10 plus minute notice so you can throw them into a car to go to a bathroom' And what did they do for me from such an inconvenience' Boy that is funny, not a darn thing. Nothing but biting my head off for complaining. And oh yeah, the tile was chipped and pitted and there is grout missing in several spots. Quality work, pure quality. Oh that is so funny. They are the absolute worst place I have rented from. By the way pools are dirty, whirlpool hasn't worked for 3 years, and well you are better off going to the Biltmore indoor facilities to use those. The only advantage of living here. If you can call that an advantage. And oh, if you do call maintenance hide things you may want to keep. Came home one time shortly after Halloween and over half of my son's candy from the previous night was gone. At least they left me a maintenance slip saying they did not perform any maintenance requested, thanks guys!! I have stuff that needs fixed that I am not going to mention to them until I leave. The high ratings that are on here are from staff/employees, not tenants!!! Trust me and just ask sometime.

Ahhhhh yikes! Thank you for taking the time to write this review and show pictures. These reviews are really helpful to people like me who don't know anyone who has ever lived at this apt complex. I'm thinking it's not even worth a look! :-(
