Parking is close' I had a 1,000 yard hike from the car to my door.

Garages are far away too.
It's a house of sticks so you hear your neighbors.
Management is at best aloof, and at worst rude.
It's near the Nebraska Furniture Mart, so you get to hear the NFM paging system day and night.

It's an old, tired complex and the rents are too high compared to the newer places.
