I have been at Villa Vinee for about 4 years now and this has been the worst year yet. It normally takes maintance 2 or 3 times to fix something correctly. We have to have parking stickers on our cars, but yet they don't tow people who create their own parking space constantly. I've had my laundry gone through on numerous occassions. English is a second language here at this complex. The new manager in the office is a complete witch. You can complain and complain and nothing ever gets taken care of. Neighbors and people here are constantly noisy, which the office does nothing about. Our lease says we can only have cats, birds, and fish, but yet I see plenty of people with dogs. There ins't a lock on the pool, so all college kids and people who aren't residents use the pool in the summer time. I would recommend using all 3 locks on your door since the cops are always constantly in and out of the complex and the neighbors leave the main door open. Our door buzzers don't work.. and the best is when you go and renew your lease they jack up your rent $50 so you don't renew (you move out)and then they remodel your apartment from 1967. Also other hazzards with wiring, duct work, furnance and a/c. If I were you.. I would look elsewhere and spend your money on a much nicer place beacuse this place ain't worth it. I have 2 more months on my lease and I am chomping at the bit to get outta here.

Have you ever thought that those "DOGS" you see MIGHT be SERVICE ANIMALS!!!!!
