I can not believe that they would not let an American Soldier just back from serving our country in Iraq live there because of something as petty as credit. However you let criminals in. Didn t the first shooting of the year that resulted in death happen on your property' This is deplorable and I am disgusted to have even thought about living in your community. Good enough so fight for freedom but not good enough for you! Shame on you Robert Hancock Company.

Yeah. Villa Vinee sucks pretty badly. Betcha didn't know that the girlfriend of the shooting victim got evicted. They gave everybody in the complex a letter telling all about it.

Yes, thank you for serving our country, however, understanding Fair Housing Laws has nothing to do with serving your country. Shame on them for using their military position as a ploy for special treatment. These people were asking the company to treat them differently than anyone else who came throught that door and that is AGAINST THE LAW! Most who will respond to this are ignorant to this area of work and therefore have no idea what they are talking about. If you have crappy credit you will not be approved. Did the wife not know this when she applied? Does she not know this man she married enough to know that he would not pass the credit screening? Wow, I am not even married yet and I sure know about my man. I feel sorry for this company and for the people who have to deal with all the ignorant jerks who continue to attack them. Read the Fair Housing Laws for the State of Nebraska and then share an opinion. It would be more credible if 1/2 of you knew what you were talking about. Anti-American? Are you kidding me? Is that all you can come up with? Seriously that is just plain ridiculous, I'm sure you are one the ignorant ones. How about anti-bad credit, how about one apartment mad at you instead of all the other applicants you declined for the same reason. Part of my own family is military and they understand there are rules why can't the rest of you?

Thank you for serving our country... but I can't believe that you would try to use your military background to try to get out of having crappy credit. Several wonderful people who have not served this country have crappy credit and have been turned down solely because of that reason. So, honestly, yes, you have done a wonderful thing by protecting our country, but that is your choice and you don't deserve any special treatment just because of it.
