I have lived here since it first opened in January. As "nice" as these 3 bedroom townhomes appear, there are countless problems inside. (Shabby workmanship, unpainted walls, cracked tubs, shorts in the electrical not to mention FLOODING every rainfall). Every month I "beg" to have problems with my unit addressed. They keep saying they will get to it. THere is always something else that needs to be taken care of first. Meanwhile, the rain and snow are washing out underneath my driveway, sidewalks and front porch. I have to use the other bathroom if I want to take a bath. I've hung pictures and moved furniture around to cover unpainted or poorly spackled walls.

Even though the office is only open 3 days a week (M,W,F from 10:30 -4) the acting manager still can't manage to be there most of the time. She just comes and goes as she pleases without at least leaving a note as to when she will return. She knows little about the property or Landlord/Tenant Law -- always using the excuse that she is the "peon" there (so I guess there is no reason for her to learn anything')

I am consulting a lawyer about my options. My advice to you is to RENT elsewhere.

I agree. I have lived here since 2006 and I basically can't stand it. Not to mention the manager seems to be an undercover racist. She rides around with her boyfriend spying on tenants on Sunday afternoons. She enters peoples homes w/out their permission or prior written notice. The former maintenance man was instructed to enter homes and go through our personal belongings to look for drugs. She is never in the office when she is supposed to be and she speaks to you as if though she is the only educated person on the planet. I beg to differ. She is rude and a lawbreaker.
