I HAVEN'T LIVED HERE THAT LONG BUT I DO KNOW THAT THERE IS A NEW MANAGER AND A NEW MAINTENANCE PERSON. IT IS TRUE THAT THE PAST MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE MAN DIDN'T KNOW MUCH BUT THE NEW MANAGER IS ON TOP OF THINGS. SHE CALLED ME BECAUSE SHE NOTICED THAT I HAD AN OUTSTANDING WORK ORDER IN THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM AND WONDERED IF IT HAD BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. I TOLD HER NO AND SHE SENT THE MAINTENANCE MAN TO MY PLACE THE SAME DAY. CAN YOU ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE?? THINGS ARE GETTING BETTER. I RECOMMENDED A FRIEND OF MINE TO LIVE HERE. HE MOVED IN AND I AND I RECEIVED $100 OFF MY RENT THE NEXT MONTH.
