I wrote the scathing review of Village at Omaha last year. Promise after promise was broken ... repairs were never made and the flooding continued. Last summer the entire staff was replaced by friendly, knowledgeable professionals. Now the neighborhood is clean and welcoming and the owners are making major efforts to address the flooding issues. Any problems within the units themselves are immediately addressed, (not just given lip service). The Village at Omaha may not be perfect but it definitely feels like home. I'm glad I stuck it out. It's becoming a very nice place to live.
