Unprofessional Office Manager

I have lived in these home for a little over a year. I would agree that they look very nice but they are not cracked up to what they are suppose to be. I have had water damage in my home since last year. Everytime it rains water leaks into my home leaving a mold stinch that i cant get rid of. Not only have I spoken with the office manager numerous times about the faulty foundation, I have personally met the property manager whos based out of California and STILL nothing has been done about the flooding. I would urge all potential candidates to take their hard earned money elsewhere!!1
