I lived in one of the homes from the time they opened until last month. I wasn't very happy with the management when I first moved in. Calls were unanswered, we lived with mold for months and my kids could not use their own bathroom because the walls were collapsing from water damage. But when the new manager and maintenance man took over...I would put in a call for something and sometimes maintenance was there within minutes. I always had same day service if I had a problem. I would recommend these homes to my friends because they are nice homes but also becauase of the wonderful management.
