I have lived in several apartments in different states. This apartment complex is disgusting. Its like living next to a hobo on the street. My bathroom and bedroom always REEK of smoke because of some inconsiderate jerks who smoke! The dinosaur upstairs is either a robot or smokes crack because he gets up and takes showers at 3AM!' You can hear EVERYTHING, from people pooping, farting, and showering. You name it. There are teens having loud conversations in hallways in the wee hours of the morning. As for the office staff, they are all -----'s spawn. They do not answer maintenane calls promply at all and they really don't give a crap about your issues with your apartment.

I agree! The manager is a rag and talkd to you like your her enemy. She's a rude person who intends to pick a fight with you over the phone but is too much of a you know what to tell you in person. She is racist in my opinion. My apartment sucks can't wait to get the hell out of here. Maintence guys are really creepy and can't go alone to do a job!? So you have like 3 guys in your apt. Oh and it is like a petting zoo with all the GODDAMN lifesize bugs they have and don't do anything about. Garages suck, mine keeps jamming making me late for work and though I've called no one has fixed it. They are also dark and have no light in them. The lights they have outside don't even work. The builing smells like a hobo lived and urinated all over it! Loud music all hours of the day and night. Kids running around outside unsupervised and throwing rocks at windows. Seriously this place sucks really bad, staff included!
