The people who manage this place aren't very nice. The apartments are run down and noisy.

this really surpises me. I have lived in a one bedroom at Vista and then moved to a two bedroom when I found out I was having a baby. My son is now 6 and we have enjoyed the staff, including the maintenance guys. Everyone is always very pleasant. the only thing that would cause me to move is if I were buying a house. Vista is really a great home.
