I have lived in several different apartment complexes throughout Omaha and I have to say I have never been more pleased than I have been with Vista. I have lived here for 4 years and am planning to sign another lease when my current one expires. I have read the reviews here and I truly think some of the comments are not only ridiculous but completely unfounded and made by people who dont understand the concept of apartment living (e.g. the noises made by neighbors walking around etc)

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with all of the staff here at Vista. Thier maintenance staff has been nothing BUT timely, respectful and thorough with what they do. The staff has been very thoughtful and courteous anytime I have had to contact them, even on the rare occassion I had a problem.

For example...when I was on maternity leave after having my son and my rent was due and I called to say I would try to bring it over before they closed because it was the middle of the winter and I didnt want to take my newborn out. Without me asking the assistant manager walked to my apartment to get my rent check so that I did not have to take my son out in the cold or leave him at home.

I think that anyone leaving hateful, and personal comments here are being spiteful because they want things that are unreasonable when living in an apartment.

The staff of the Vista Apartments are wonderful and I defy anyone to prove otherwise. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
