This was once a wonderful place to live. Now we are plagued by theft, vandalism (cars), poor work by contractors and an uncaring management staff. No longer safe nor quiet. Free storage frighteningly unsafe, with 2-3 inch nails protruding from walls inside closets and in storage halls. Multiiple break-ins have forced us to put chains around storage doors. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Frequent management changes have lead to changes in policies without any notice. Staff rude at times. We do not feel welcome here, and we don't feel like the retention of us as renters is desired.
