There are bats all around the complex. We see them while we are taking walks in the evening. On the outside of our door to our apartment, we kept hearing this noise like a buzzing noise. We finally looked up on the hinge that pulls the door open and shut...there was a bat sleeping up there. We don't know how it got into the hallway but my husband had to catch it and kill it. There is also a bee and wasp problem that management can't seem to take care of.

I agree! Also, they only come in once a year to change the furnace filters. Mine was so bad there must have been an inch of dust on it. There is no buffer between floors. I can actually hear the people below sneezing, coughing, phones ringing, etc. They had to "fix" my AC 5 times last summer. the maintenance guy told me the unit was original (over 30 years old) and needed to be replaced but the mgmt. company (NP Dodge) wouldn't approve it. My monthly electric last summer was in the $250 - $300 range, and I didn't even run my AC a lot. The dryer in my unit hasn't worked properly since I moved in (2 years) and I've complained at least 4 times. I have finally given up and can't wait to get out of here.
