They alllow section 8. which just recently happened. the apt manager is the biggest witch I have EVER met! The bedrooms are so cold you can't even sleep in them. SCHWALB REALTY manages this property and it is the worst!!!! They are the cheapest outfit I have ever seen. I have called the Fair Housing on them so many times. They won't fix anything. Everytime I brushed my teeth the sewer would back up in my bathtub. the floors are only an inch thick. Welfare moms and poor people are moving in. I AM WARNING YOU!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM< YOU WILL BE SO SORRY!!!!
