I moved here a few months ago after a horror experience at another complex in Omaha. I have been very pleased with the conditions here. My only complaints are lack of parking and very poor maintenance. The maintenance worker does not like to fix anything and rarely does. There are a lot of parking spots and garages but many people have more than one car so that doesn't leave many spots available. This complex is SO quiet - I love it!
