Sorry you had such a bad experience....Wellington Park does not allow low-income residents. I know the mother you are speaking of and she is a teacher in an area school district - far from "white-trash". Her child is 3 and 3 year olds play! When you have children, you will understand. Unfortunately for you, no-children housing is not available/legal. You should be more tolerant of children - you were one once too. This is a great place to live and is very quiet. BTW, I love children and do not consider playing abnormal!
