I think the last couple of opinions that were issued positively were an obvious attempt by an apartment manager to pretend to be a tenant and play up your review. I have seen enough corrupt and lazy property managers to believe the bad reviews. If you're going to play like a tenant try not to be so hokey. Don't insult my intelligence. Why don't you just buck it up, get up off your duff and fix things and respond to your tenants. It's a whole lot easier to just do a good honest job than it is to constantly try to dream up cover ups.
