This is mostly a good place to live everything but the maintenence is great. It took 3 months to get our washer and dryer fixed and I broke down and fixed the clog drains myself. However, the manager is very nice and it is VERY quiet even on the weekends. The cats are gone (we love animals but there were like a million cats running around one of which bit my little sister who had come to visit) Great place for college kids (you can have lots of friends over as long as you stay of the decks). All the neighbors are friendly and the apartments are big for the price. Near a great park but wish we had a pool and parking is okay unless it late at night on a weekend. Secure entry door doesn't always latch you have to pull it shut.
