Maintanence takes too long to fix things. They act like they are being put out when asked to fix anything. Tired of hearing how "busy" they are. We are all busy at work, that is why they call it "work."

Parking terrible. Mtc man takes up 2-4 garages so it's hard to get one.

Price is OK.

Weird bugs because of the park. MANY bees and wasps that they do nothing about. Again, Mtc was "too busy".
