Well where do I start. I guess I will say the positive things first. The layouts are nice and the price reasonable. Bad things: The manager in the office is not friendly. She was nice when I moved in but after that it was like it was her job to be mean and unhelpful. I had entered the office once to speak with her about a very serious problem I was having and she was on the phone laughing with someone. She didn't even hang up the phone and basicaly made me feel like I was interupting her phone conversation. Me and my roomate were college aged students. We did not have parties or even really have people over. However we were called in for noise complaints several times and had been threatened with eviction. One of the noise complaints even happened when we were not even home. When we tried to discuss this with the management she simply told us that we were living in apartments and we needed to be considerate. We were scared to even watch tv or have the radio on because we could not afford to be evicted. We also experienced a good deal of noise ourselves. The noise came from children living in the complex. I understand that they are children and that I should be understanding but, that is not equal housing. I did not once complaine about noise to the management however becaue I knew that when living in an apartment I must not only be considerate with noise levels but must tolerate a certain level of noise. They are APARTMENTS! Noise is inevitable! In the end I would not recommend these apartments to younger people because the management was age discriminant to us. I thought about contacting a higher level to report the discrimination and poor treatment but I just moved out instead.
