I lived in Wellington Park Apartments for 1 1/2 years and my experience was not as bad as some have written about. There were quite a bit of wasps around...I don't know what they are attracted to (maybe the type of wood or the bushes around there) but we called and the issue was taken care of. We also had Silverfish...they kind of look like rolly polly's that dont roll up or centipede's and they are gross looking but they are harmless. They don't eat your food. I researched them...they like dark cool areas and eat the shingles off rooftops. I would rather have them than spiders any day.
Jean, who is the manager lady everybody seems to dislike...well, she was always nice to us. She even gave us our full deposit back and we went back to look at the apartments a year after we moved, but ended up buying a house...or we probably would've moved back. She may not have been the most sociable person, but she was a busy lady and didn't like to be bothered with noise complaints and such things. We never had one single noise complaint and when we moved there, I had just turned 21. Trust me, we did have a few parties and liked to kick it on the balcony and drink. Our neighbors were cool. I would consider moving back if I ever had to.
