I suppose this is a decent apartment to move in if you are a college student (which I was at the time) but I was on a tight budget and really had no other option... bad choice. There are some real hoodlums that live here.

I'm literally counting down the days until my August lease is up so I can get the heck out of there. The interior is horrific. My carpet is this awful brown and the appliances (i.e. fridge/oven) are the same as they were when the building was constructed from the 70's.

On the plus side, the maintenance guy is great and as soon as a problem arrises, it's quickly resolved.

I've only lived here since August 2002 and I can count about 10-12 times that I've awoken in the middle of the night cops in my parking lot. My safety is sometimes in question... I literally run from my car to my apartment at night for fear that one of the resident freaks will attack me.

The day I move out will be one of salvation for me. Don't move here. It's not a real pleasant experience.
