(user photo) Livingroom ceiling Never fixed they just painted over the bad leaks! (user photo) I cleaned old,smelly, dingy, & nasty carpet during move-out! Looks better than my move in! Alleged infestation of roaches n pests??? (user photo) Bedroom ceiling still the same til I move-out! Never fixed leaks. (user photo) More carpet move-out! Cleaned better than my move-in! Carpet rip out from pests (pending)??

Reason for moving there:
1. the cost
2. location
3. apartment size
Reason for moving out:
1. management- enough said
2. maintenance- they either don't fix things at all, or it takes them two or three times to get it right.
3. noise- if you enjoy screaming adults/kids, loud music, horn honking, and people pealing out all the time.. Welcome Home!!
4. vandalism- In one night, over 12 vehicles were broke into.. nothing done about it!
5. drugs-can see kids smoking weed everyday on their balconies. Right out in the open!
6. noise- mariachi band music
7. noise- rap music
8. noise- etc. etc. etc.
