(user photo) Livingroom ceiling Never fixed they just painted over the bad leaks! (user photo) I cleaned old,smelly, dingy, & nasty carpet during move-out! Looks better than my move in! Alleged infestation of roaches n pests??? (user photo) Bedroom ceiling still the same til I move-out! Never fixed leaks. (user photo) More carpet move-out! Cleaned better than my move-in! Carpet rip out from pests (pending)??

Poisonous Spiders!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
It has been documented that at least one building has is infested with brown recluse spiders. Terminex has also documented with the Cooperative Extension Service that there are brown recluse spiders in at least one of the buildings there, maybe two. Management knows of the spiders.
