I am a single person with 2 jobs and was never home. When I moved out, I got a HUGE bill for cleaning - charged for removal of contac paper and border that was there when I moved in and charged for missing shelves and rods that were never there to begin with. The place was very clean when I left but I was still charged for paint and new carpet; which was left clean. I visited the tenants who moved in after me and guess what' The border and contac paper was still there and new carpet had never been laid! I have heard many similiar stories from other previous tenants. You will not get a deposit back and will have to pay. The management was VERY POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY WILL LIE. Also, car was broken into twice while living there and the managers laughed and thought it was funny. MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! I do not normally leave these messages but I had to warn you. Also, half the time cars were blocked in and dumpsters were in the road.
