As a previous resident, I have spoken directly with previous staff members who have been treated very rudely as employees there and as previous employees there by property management. I have personally witness upper management yell at a tenant on the phone to never step foot inside the clubhouse again because they were complaining about the poor snow removal. The maintenance works hard, but they are limited on staff and funds to repair a much depleted property. You can obviously tell that upper management treats their employees rudely because I have seen managers come and go and the best ones usually ended up in their offices being yelled at in front of tenants. The bug problem is so bad that they renamed "roaches" to "waterbugs" so they don't have to pay for the better plan from Orkin or Terminex, they can just explain to residents that they are waterbugs and that they are always exsistant and nothing will get rid of them. Trust me, even the Better Business Bureau hears complaints about them all the time and Wentworth upper management finds even the smallest loopholes to get out of everything! Don't go there if you value your money because you will pay dearly when you move out.
