(user photo) Livingroom ceiling Never fixed they just painted over the bad leaks! (user photo) I cleaned old,smelly, dingy, & nasty carpet during move-out! Looks better than my move in! Alleged infestation of roaches n pests??? (user photo) Bedroom ceiling still the same til I move-out! Never fixed leaks. (user photo) More carpet move-out! Cleaned better than my move-in! Carpet rip out from pests (pending)??

Unreasonable staff with extreme fees

In one year of occupancy, multiple fees have been slapped on top of our monthly rent resulting in hundreds of extra dollars paid in. The staff was unreasonable and rude when discussing the reasons for the invalid, extremely high charges.
