I would like to say that as a prior leasing agent for Wentworth in 1999 everything these people have to say about the community is true!! I quickly resigned in my position when I realized that the only way I could fit in at the office was to be a total -----!!!! Management there has ALWAYS been insufficient and rude from what I have experianced. Over the years I have had two different boyfriends that have lived at the complex and things hadn't changed one bit since I left the company. One actually got evicted on three days notice for having people over on Super Bowl Sunday!!!!! So much for sticking to proper equal housing guidelines. Why shouldn't you be able to have friends over for a game'Speaking from experience (since I am still in the property management business elsewhere) HUD seriously needs to take a look into these managers and their actions. As for the security deposits.....all of it is true. You WILL NOT get all of it back upon your lease agreement ending. I know nothing of the new managers in the office now but I will tell you that if I ever caught any of my co-workers listining to rap or singing it from the top of their heads they would be seriously reprimanded.....NOT PROFESSIONAL at all!!! The managers of this complex are a disgrace to us managers who work very hard to keep our tenants happy. Wentworth USA you should be ashamed of yourselves in more ways than one!!!! - Signed, A disgraced former employee.
