Alleged infestation of roaches n pests??? (user photo) Bedroom ceiling still the same til I move-out! Never fixed leaks. (user photo) More carpet move-out! Cleaned better than my move-in! Carpet rip out from pests (pending)??

Years at this apartment: 1989 - 1994
 
I've lived in this dump twice, Once in a townhome rainforest and once in a one bedroom soaker/sauna. The first time we left was to get a dry apartment. The second time we lived here was because of finance problems. Both times the roofs leaked (bad) and the a/c would never work. People, there are much more professional slum lords out there. Pick one. The beaauch that ownes this hole should be committed.
