Alleged infestation of roaches n pests??? (user photo) Bedroom ceiling still the same til I move-out! Never fixed leaks. (user photo) More carpet move-out! Cleaned better than my move-in! Carpet rip out from pests (pending)??

I am a current resident and haven't seen most of the problems that other tenants report. The grounds around my apartment have been kept up fairly well. Nothing fancy, but then I'm paying 395 for a one bedroom so I don't expect professional landscaping. I have never had a parking problem near my apartment and haven't had any maintence issues.
