Anything you try and discuss with head manager is shot down, she turns discusssions around to try and blame you for so she doesn't have to deal with the actual problems. shes always rude disrespectful has no social skills, no communication skills, no pride in herself or this complex. One person I know had mice they outright refused to do anything about it. there is always trash and cig. butts on the ground, they paint over water stains instead of actually fixing the problem. Oh lets not for get the tattle tailing programs, she wont fix any of problems you may have with other tenants unless you put in in writing she even tries to make here maintenence crew write things up when they see things or she will not address the problem. They don't fix carpet just glue it together. Simply she is white trash and gives white people and apartment managers a bad name, she needs to get a clue.

This review is very accurate in my opinion. Every single lady at the Wentworth USA office is horribly rude and irritable. They won't come off that way initially, but after the first few calls/visits to the office, you'd better learn to develop a tough shell because these ladies will rip you a new one without mercy. Just be prepared to deal with some crap. They are all pretty crooked too. If you read all of the reviews on this site you will realize that very rarely do people get their deposits back and there are almost ALWAYS hidden fees and charges that they will secretly tack onto your 'bill' after you move out. So if you do decide to move into this hell hole for whatever reason, be prepared and try not to let yourself get taken advantage of by these ghetto mommas!
